Typical Issues Faced in this Step of the Process:
- A team is
asked to use skills that have not been part of their previous training or experience
- Prescription: Appropriate learning or performance support
- A 360 reveals that a leader's perception of appropriate leadership competencies does not match the perception of peers
- Prescription: One-on-one leadership coaching sessions to discuss the results of the 360 and appropriate corrective action
